We offer Preventative Maintenance Agreements. This program keeps our customers' equipment in prime condition insuring the utmost efficiency and longevity and negating future need of extensive repairs due to a lack of maintenance.
We've found we can help our customers SAVE money by maintaining their systems year round.
Our Background
We provide maintenance service twice a year on one system for residential systems, and if a customer has more than one system, then it's $100.00 more for each subsequent system at the same residence. Commercial customers will need a Maintenance Estimate to ascertain a proper cost. This maintenance is referred to as a Spring and Fall maintenance. Spring Maintenance is performed on the cooling part of a system, and Fall Maintenance is performed on the heating part of a system.
In addition to receiving maintenance on their systems, our customers will also be receiving a 20% discount on repairs. Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) customers are not charged over-time fees for any late night or weekend service calls. This is just one of the many ways we try to serve our customers and show them that they are valuable to us. We contact the PMA customers to schedule the time for each maintenance to be done and this gives our customers one less thing to think about.
